    This is a DoD acquisition operations layer that helps program teams run cohort-style efforts (e.g., SBIR) by centralizing campaign setup, phase scheduling, tasks/projects, and a reusable pipeline of companies. It aims to speed decisions and improve traceability by pairing workflow tracking (phases, progress, activity) with vendor intelligence and eligibility signals so teams can move from discovery to award-ready candidates in one system.

  • Design

    The UI is an enterprise dashboard-and-drilldown experience: a campaign overview with KPI tiles and a phase timeline, plus tabs aligned to core workflows (Schedule, Projects, Tasks, Companies, Activity). Companies are managed via a scan-friendly table that links to a detailed profile combining structured fields, location/map, and an activity feed with notes/news/reports, using badges and progress indicators to make status and next actions clear.

An enterprise Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery platform that helps assess risk and impact, build recovery plans, manage incidents, run tests, and report readiness.

  • Strategy

    This is an enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery platform focused on turning assessments and impact analysis into governed, repeatable recovery plans. It emphasizes readiness visibility through dashboards and reports, gap detection (like RTO alignment), and execution support via testing and incident management. The inclusion of templates and robust roles/permissions signals a strategy built for compliance-heavy organizations that need auditability, accountability, and consistent cross-team workflows.

  • Design

    The design is a dense, enterprise “workbench” organized by the BC/DR lifecycle with clear top-level modules and drill-down flows from dashboards to lists to detailed records. Charts and badges provide quick status scanning, while tables carry the operational detail. Task launchers, bookmarks, and recently viewed items support power-user efficiency, and responsive views suggest core monitoring remains usable on mobile and tablet.

The success metrics called out—higher usability (SUS), higher task success, and reduced time-on-task—signal a strategy aimed at measurable operational gains for clinical teams, reducing friction in high-volume review queues while preserving auditability and repeatability.

    The design supports a “list-to-decision” flow: users start in a scalable, filterable table of assessments (with paging, column filters, and status controls) that’s optimized for throughput and queue management. The assessment detail view uses a stepper-style progression (risk factors → recommendation → complete) and a split layout that keeps the working checklist/protocol on the left while summarizing key outputs (risk highlights, recommendation, rationale, and completion metadata) on the right—balancing speed, clarity, and documentation in a clinical context.
